The former child star’s rep confirmed that Island CEO David Massey signed Palmer recently and she’s already in the studio working on new music.
Palmer will kick off her new deal by hosting the label’s Island Life all-star concert at Best Buy Theater in September, to feature performances by Jonas, Shawn Mendes, Kiesza and Timeflies.
Palmer is expected to release her first single this fall.
Keke Palmer has landed a role in Grease: Live, Fox’s upcoming live production of the popular musical, set to air on January 31, 2016.
